28-06-2011 Supplier Steering Committee: supporting EPPA's members

The reputational program as well as the code of conduct are both activities that are being developed by and implemented by and the members of the EPPA. For both activities we have a dedicated and specialist working team with representatives from both the country organizations, the suppliers and the distributors from all over EU. These representatives are knowledgeable in the fields and ensure that what is being developed is relevant for their type of business or region and makes sense for the majority of the members. In the end it is a responsibility from the board of EPPA to finally approve all endeavours.

Specially to be mentioned is the recently appointed Supplier Steering Committee. This committee, consisting of the biggest European suppliers have initiated a lot of the thinking behind the programs and ensured its take of by jointly bringing in the initial budget.
