12-04-2012 Product Safety Act - first practical steps

In our last newsletter we have already mentioned the new Product Safety Act (Produktsicherheitsgesetz- ProdSG). Because there is still a lot unclear about the implementation of this act in Germany, the German suppliers association, BWL, recently conducted detailed research and discussions with the relevant public authorities and legal representatives.
